I disagree with the 2 sushi comment. I found this video to be quite helpfull, and the joking parts are great. I couldn't stop laughing at the first animation. Sure there could have been more information, but all in all I recomend this video

I hate to be negative about this video, but they could have made it SO MUCH better. Out of the 36 minute video, I'd say only ten minutes, tops, was useful information. The rest was either total common sense or mindless joking around for minutes at a time. They left out several important things about learning, that I can think of. Anyway, I wasn't impressed with this.
