George,
You got me hooked on the workbooks 1-3 by doing such an amazing job with them. WHERE ARE BOOKS 4 and 5! This is my second time going through the course. I need the books. Good thing your website is so awesome that it keeps me busy while waiting for these books. Thanks for making learning Japanese fun also.

I need a status update! Are the books coming out any time soon or not? Because I really wouldn't mind if I were able to access the courses online, but I'm only 16, and my mother won't pay monthly for me. It's really hard when you're 16, and have been studying Japanese alone for about 2 years, but Japanese From Zero has really made it quite a lot easier. I've tried Rosetta Stone, but even that (in my opinion) doesn't compare to this. So please let me know if the books are scheduled for a release any time soon.

That sure is true! But I've been trying and failing for the past 6 years to learn Japanese. Haha! YeasJapan sure is a blessing. I've learnt more in the past few months than literately 6 years. (So much money wasted on pointless, and useless learning CDs and books too.)

I'm in no hurry for the 4th and 5th book, but, it seems to have been in high demand for the past 4 years?
I wonder what the hold up has been. :?

I'm still on the first book, but I'm loving it. We lived in Japan when I was little and have been obsessed ever since. Hatachi sai desu and have fine found a good (and affordable) way to start learning what I've forgotten over the last decade. Hopefully book 4 will be out by the time I finish book 3 but that'll be a while. In the mean time the games are REALLY good study helpers for the lessons (although I wish the phrases from the lessons were included in YesJapan Strike).

It would be great if books 4 and 5 would be published, eventually. I use both the books and the website but the books offer one thing that the website does note -- exercises. All of the end of chapter exercises in books 1 through 3 have been excellent in my learning so far.

One request for George and team -- if there are no plans to publish books 4 and 5, would it be possible for you to post the exercises to the website? That way us students could still benefit from all of the excellent exercise activities that you've used in the other books.

Hopefully something like this can be done.
