Who's a fan?

I got my TVJapan today, and of course the first thing on is a Giants-Dragons game.

A good friend of mine in Japan is a Tigers fan, so I'm partial.

Found a great site (in English) with many links to Japanese coverage:

NHK is back to showing baseball games.

This week you've got:
Monday - Chunichi Dragons vs. Hanshin Tigers
Saturday - Yomiuri Giants vs. Chunichi Dragons

Here's some photos I took at last year's Division Championship game at Tokyo Dome.

It was my first live Japanese baseball game and the energy is just amazing.

Yes, you can bring your own food & drink into the park.
Yes, you can buy tickets at Famima, Lawson, etc.
Yes, everyone has a great time chanting, clapping, waving towels, and banging clappers & mini-bats.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED activity if you visit Japan (any major city, not just Tokyo)
