You can call yourself ジャメス if you like, but this is not the name James.

James is a name that is quite well known in Japan, so there is a fairly standard orthography for it ジェームス・ジェイムス, or with a ズ instead of a ス.

ジャメス is jah meh su. If you do a search in google, there are about 1,000 hits, and this very page is in the second page of results.
