You’re using the wrong particles. It should be: 日本語を勉強します。 にほんごをべんきょうします。 Remember that the を particle applies the verb action to the word that precedes it. In this case, the particle を signals the verb to act on the word にほんご。The particle の should not be used in this sentence. HTH | |||
