感謝祭は十一月の第四木曜日です。 (しゅうかくかんしゃさいはじゅういちげつのだいよんもくようびです。) Is there a better way to say it? And how do I say the more complicated: Thanksgiving is celebrated on the 4th Thursday of November. Yeah, I guess it is too much of a mouthful. Thanks in advance :)

Your Japanese sentence sounds just fine.
You can also say; かんしゃさいは じゅういちがつの よんしゅうめの もくようびです。(KANSHASAI WA JUU ICHI GATSU NO YONSHUUME NO MOKUYOUBI DESU) The め counter is introduced in Course 3 Lesson 7. But your sentence sounds better and shorter:) Keep up the good work! Kanako @ YesJapan Teacher

Thanks a lot for your prompt response, Kanako-sensei :)
Tokoro-de, this question came up to me while studying C1 L9 so you can use that as the related lesson.
