I'm still trying to get the hang of this もう　and　あと　thing.

Is it correct to say:

あとビールをのみましょうか。

And is it correct saying...

もうビールをのみましょうか。

how do I know which is right to use >.<;;;

personally I would use
もういっぱいのみましょうか？polite

もういっぱいのむよ？friendly

よっぱらいましょう！
let`s get drunk! lol

anyway, hope the tope top are able to clear that one up for you.
あと is used with soemthing like one more time あといっかい。

You can say;
1) あとビールをのみましょうか。(ATO BIIRU O NOMIMASHOUKA) = Shall we drink beer?

But you can't say;
2) もうビールをのみましょうか。→ ×

It is hard to translate the word あと (ATO) in the first sentence. But the situation would be like...the speaker drank or ordered something else (e.g. sake, tea) and now he/she wants to drink beer.

If you are drinking beer already and want to have one more, you order;

もう[color=red:6fe922bcb7]いっぽん[/color:6fe922bcb7]、ビールをください。(MOU [color=red:6fe922bcb7]IPPON[/color:6fe922bcb7], BIIRU O KUDASAI) = [color=red:6fe922bcb7]One[/color:6fe922bcb7] more beer, please.

or you can ask your company as below;

もう [color=red:6fe922bcb7]いっぽん[/color:6fe922bcb7]、のみましょうか。(MOU [color=red:6fe922bcb7]IPPON[/color:6fe922bcb7] NOMIMASHOUKA) = Shall we drink [color=red:6fe922bcb7]one [/color:6fe922bcb7]more beer?

When you use もう to mean "more", you need [color=red:6fe922bcb7]a counter[/color:6fe922bcb7] after it.
It would be better to learn the use of あと and もう from the context.
