上

If using the kanji 上 instead of 神 it can apply.

上 "kami" means "above" and In the old days, those of high rank, lords and whatnot, were referred to as "kamisama" (上様)

These days, the term has evolved so that it is usually referring to someone's wife. Most often in the form かみさん

うちのかみさん = my wife, my old lady, etc.
