Why I recommend this video:
This show is great because it reminds me of the time I spent in Japan. The story about having trouble getting internet access in particular becuase the EXACT same thing happened to me. On the form to get a phone line I wrote my middle initial, but for the ADSL request I didn't. It took 2 months to get that sorted out.
